The owners of this home in Historic Hillsborough North Carolina got introduced to their customized solar design when they were actually purchasing their house. Jay, our Energy Specialist, had been out to the house, developed a design and a proposal that was given the go-ahead by the previous owner. When the previous owner decided to sell, the plan was then presented to the new owners who liked it so much, that they went ahead with the solar project! In this case, we worked with the town and utility company to help make solar simple for the new owners of this historic home in Hillsborough, NC. For this 5.72kW system, we installed 22, 260W REC solar panels with SolarEdge inverters.
